Had an appointment and they told me that they would call me three times before they will move to the next if you don't answer. They literally called me within one second of each call. They don't give the customer enough time to response or pick up. Unacceptable that is not professional. Now I have reschedule and stay home all day.

Quick response time! Servicemen were on time and knowledgeable AND quick! So far so good with repair to my 15 year old dryer!

Do not use this company. Bait and switchers. I phoned them because I have a rental that they worked on a washer, diagnosed, couldn’t fix and so supplied a new washer that I paid for less the initial $135 diagnosis fee.So when my own washer had some issues I thought I would phone them since they actually deduct the $135 initial charge I just mentioned off the cost. When I phoned I was asked by the girl if I was tenant or home owner. I said home owner. She actually asked how did I hear about them and I told her through my property management company.She explained that any repairs and new parts will be charged less the $135. Ok! Cool! She did not however explain that IF YOU NEED A NEW WASHER AND BECAUSE YOU ARE A HOME OWNER WE CANNOT SELL YOU A NEW WASHER. WE ONLY DO THAT FOR TERNANTS. WE DO NOT SELL NEW WASHERS TO THE PUBLIC. (But I, as landlord paid them for the new washer for my tenants so isn’t that the same? What difference does it make?)So the repair guy comes. Rusty and his diagnosis is the transmission is leaking oil. You need a new machine because it would cost more to fix it than get a new one. Ok! He takes my CC info. They bill me the $135 and he explains to me that “he” will call you with info about a new washer. I now know “he” is the boss. The owner I guess and that it will all happen pretty quickly. Ok.By 3pm the following day, today. No call. So I phone them and the woman keeps telling me that all of the above is wrong. Nope nope nope, you weren’t told that. Ma’am. I explain everything again. Then she says I am going to get Rusty to call you and tell you that, that is not what he explained to. Well I lost it and swore at her and she hangs up!Then Rusty calls. I explain. He agrees that what I said is what he said but he was mistaken. But he will speak to his boss.!!!!’What a friggin’ bunch of loons. I am expecting to hear from the boss man within the hour, that’s if he can collect his balls out of his a$$. No wonder they have bad reviews. Never again and I will stop my property management from using them for my property.

Terrible company. Buyer beware of these people. I received damaged appliances, and when I called to get replacements we were treated rudely and now I think they are out of business. Smh
