As a senior citizen on a budget, I appreciate the fact that they are up front about their charges. When it was discovered that I needed a minor part which had to be ordered, Lane was able to do a temporary fix so that I could wash my clothes until the permanent repair could be done. The lady over the phone gave me an exact price quote so I could make an informed decision as to whether to repair or replace. I chose replacement which was prompt and for the price stated. Great service.

Repairman (Lane?) was awesome. He was respectful of the property, gave me an appropriate ETA, and had the resources/knowledge to get the job done. Even when he wasn't able to repair something that day, he was at least able to explain to me the next steps that needed to happen and give me a timeline. Communication and guidelines were also on point, consistent, and very informative.
