Ordered a new PTAC unit over the phone - very efficient process over the phone and was delivered quickly within a couple of days with no hassles or rescheduling.
I feel I was overcharged for a simple part replacement. I paid $300 for the repair. The part online was only 25.00. While they say they credit you the service fee of 135.00 if they do the repair work, they just tack it onto the parts and labor charge up front. So you pay for it anyways. This repair should have been under 200. Oh and one week later the washer quit working.
required 2 excellent service providers to complete job. Had to order a part, and kept me apprised of p progress.
Customer service was very good from the person who answered the phone to the technician who came to my house. He showed up on time and was very professional.
