Our home warranty company scheduled your company to repair our ice maker. The gratitude we have for the responsible, knowledgeable, and personable professionals that represent your company’s customer service can’t be praised enough. Everyone that we had contact with - Sherry, Anna, Brent, Freddie and Tim - went above and beyond to resolve our ice maker issue. Once it was determined to be a manufacturer defect our home warranty company advised us that it was not covered. We contacted the manufacturer who stated our home warranty company would need to call them directly to advise of the defect. We contacted our home warranty who stated there was nothing further they could do and to contact your company. I called your company and explained the situation to Anna. Within that week Anna called the manufacturer and then emailed all of the information that they requested. Two days after the manufacturer received your diagnostic information they contacted us to schedule a service call. Because of the information that Anna provided to the manufacturer they agreed with your diagnosis and acknowledged that the issue was in fact a defect, and it was repaired at no cost to us. So bottom line, when our home warranty company wouldn’t go the extra mile to help us, we are so thankful that your company and employees did. Y’all are the best!!!
