The individuals who did the work were good, experienced and very capable of their work. My complaint had to do weith the time it took to get the work done. The problem came in the amount of time it took to get parts ordered. They were not ordered until 24 hours after the initial visit. Why were they not ordered via the initial worker input on his phone? This would have saved days before the parts came in. And of course, we were not called to say that they would not be out over the weekend because they only answer repairs on weekdays. I thought they were a 24hour emergency service. If this company had an ability to order parts from the service site, and courtesy to call the customers to say that they may or may not be coming out it will be on the top of my list for next time.
